Work has decided to start blocking Facebook. I'm not even sure if this is going to cross-post properly.

Very annoying.

I have (temporarily?) turned off the ability to leave anonymous comments on my LJ. I was getting too many spam messages.

If you don't have an LJ and want to say something about one of my posts you can sign it using your Facebook or Twitter account.

Body: Still unhappy with my left foot/ankle/calf; but wearing sturdier shoes does seem to be helping.

How to automatically copy LJ posts to your Facebook mini-feed.

The one thing that they don't say is that you have to have Facebook open in another tab or window. That's why stuff I post from work doesn't get copied. My work blocks Facebook.
